SEKI MAGOROKU COMPOSITE NAKIRI 16.5 CM

The beautifully finished blade is made from a combination of two different steels, creating a fascinating contrast between the mirror-polished blade and the satin-finished opposite.

The mirror-polished blade core is made of VG MAX Steel with a hardness of 61 ± 1 HRC, and the satin-finished outer material is made of SUS420J2 steel: a combination that guarantees high corrosion resistance and long-lasting performance of these blades.

The production process for Composite blades is based on a new technology in the aircraft construction sector and guarantees high strength and extreme precision. The two grades of steel are joined through a special copper-brazing process. The subtle copper line between the steel grades adds an extra special touch.

The slim, tapered handle is made of lightweight Pakka wood. Its shape and diagonal grain pattern give these masterpieces a particularly light dynamic.
