These knives are manufactured in one piece through the traditional forging process, based on an exclusive and high quality NITRUM® steel.
From the handle we highlight its solidity and novel design, where the color of the metal contrasted with the black is combined, thus giving it a touch of distinction.
It is made of forged stainless steel and Polyoxymethylene (POM), with an excellent surface finish and high resistance to detergents, aging and non-deformable at high and low temperatures (from -40ºC to 150ºC).
