Knife Chef of 20 cm of leaf, belongs to the new series Crafter of kitchen knives of the Wüsthof brand, it is a new knives with handle of smoked oak wood and water repellent and whole spike.

The continuous spike ensures that the knives are perfectly balanced in the hand. To reduce the weight, the chef knives (16 cm and 20 cm) are equipped with a semi-drip, which guarantees a comfortable work and a pleasant feeling in the hand. All other knives in the series have a full cup, which protects the fingers and facilitates daily work.
